L'installateur s'est présenté tel que prévu, a travaillé très proprement, à tout retiré sans problem.
Lors de l'appel de service, j'aurais aimé qu'on me parle des produits, exemple clavier à la porte, autre télécommande. L'installateur l'a fait et a pu l'installer le meme jour, mais si je ne l'avais pas mentionné, j'aurais eu à me déplacer pour l'acheter.

Par exemple, nous avons ajouté des sangles de charnière ornementales et elles ont été installées trop loin vers l'extérieur et ont créé une fuite d'air car le joint primaire et le joint secondaire étaient assis sur le dessus de la sangle. Cela permet à l'air froid d'entrer dans le garage. Détails oui, mais je recevrais de la condensation et ensuite du gel
