Hello, just a quick note to say thank you. Thank you, Justin, you instilled confidence in us. A special thank you to Ms. Moreau, who coordinated the replacement of the damaged panels. And to the two installation technicians (Martin and Gilles): the first, on August 9th, 2023, reported damage during the initial installation. The second, on August 30th, 2023, noticed that the garage floor had just been resurfaced and, without my mentioning it, decided to work from the driveway to avoid damaging it. You were all courteous and professional—a very good team.

So...not sure what happened last night, but my garage door stopped working, could not open it manually or electronically. I called Portes de garage Domac and Yan called me first thing in the morning. He let me know his quote to come and check it out and i was hesitant BUT and i can't stress this enough, instead of turning me away or anything like that, he told me to check out some videos they have up on their site. Turns out i had to adjust my door travel distance and once i learnt how to do, everything is working fine again. I can not stress how much respect i have for businesses such as this. Great guy and the phone service saved me a few hundred dollars, but made me remember him and all my garage door needs will go through them from now on :)
